The site follows a symmetrical institutional campus layout with a strong central axis, organized circulation, landscaped open spaces, and clearly zoned building blocks. The planning promotes accessibility, visual balance, and environmental comfort. Its structured form creates opportunities for functional interior interventions, social interaction spaces, and sustainable design integration within the campus environment. The design introduces a Brutalist intervention within the Renaissance campus of Symbiosis Nagpur, contrasting ornamentation with raw, functional expression. Its bold, monolithic form creates a strong and grounded identity. Materials used are concrete, Marble and Maquette wood
