The SONAR project is an architectural and urban design study for a mixed-use building located near the Pasienky Stadium embankment in Bratislava. The building features a distinctive modular timber and steel structural framework that allows for flexible spatial configurations. The design incorporates office spaces, meeting areas, and communal zones within an open grid structure. The building integrates green terraces and vegetation throughout its facade, creating a biophilic environment. The urban design component addresses the surrounding landscape with curved pathways and green spaces that connect the building to its context.

Technické informace

The structural system is based on a modular grid framework combining timber and steel elements. The building utilizes an exposed structural grid that allows for flexible infill panels and openings. Floor plans show various configurations for different programmatic needs. The project includes site plans showing landscape integration with organic pathways and green areas. Axonometric diagrams illustrate the building's massing development from urban block to final form.
