The project features a site plan at 1:2000 scale showing the layout of the interpretation center within the Arsenal Memorial Park. The design includes structured garden areas with grid-patterned memorial plots, water features, circular gathering spaces, and extensive landscaping with trees and vegetation. A building complex is positioned in the southern portion of the triangular site, while the northern area contains memorial gardens, pathways, and interactive landscape elements.
