An interior design concept inspired by bubbles formed in waves, with curved outer forms representing the wave in depth. The design targets a thalassophile user, creating an ocean-connected living experience.
The concept is designed for a multigenerational family including mother (businesswoman), father (engineer), son, daughter, grandfather, and grandmother. Inspired by bubbles formed in waves, the curved outer form represents the wave in depth. Furniture is also chosen in curved form which sinks with the outer form. Key features include a bedroom with panoramic ocean view, natural wooden deck, large glass panels for transparency and views towards the beach, calm breeze and immersive visual connectivity between pool and beach. The form development derives from circular bubble arrangements that evolve into an organic, flower-like plan form.
Large glass panels are used for transparency and ocean views. Natural wooden decking materials are incorporated. Curved furniture and organic forms define the interior spatial character.
