Popis projektu

A comprehensive site analysis board studying a site in Uthandi, Chennai. The analysis covers location, utilities (municipal piped water, borewell water, electricity supplied by TANGEDCO, septic tanks and underground sewage network), views (residence, road, beach), site area and shape, sun path, wind direction (NE monsoon Oct-Dec, SW monsoon Jun-Sep), noise levels, topography (gentle slope), vegetation (young coconut palms), climate (average maximum daytime and average minimum nighttime temperatures), and nearest transport (Uthandi toll gate bus stop, Chennai International Airport). Inferences include: beach facing east with sunrise views, NE and SW winds supporting cross ventilation, existing coconut palms enabling landscape integration, and gentle slope resulting in minimal site disturbance.

Technické informace

Site utilities include municipal piped water and borewell water supply, TANGEDCO electricity with typical urban reliability, septic tanks and underground sewage network. Climate data shows average maximum daytime and minimum nighttime temperature variations throughout the year. Wind analysis indicates NE monsoon from October to December and SW monsoon from June to September.
