The project presents a detailed site analysis of a rectangular plot near a beach in the Chennai region of India. The analysis covers multiple aspects including location, access and road conditions (road located on the north side of the site with 9m width, suitable for cars and service vehicles), sun path (east sunlight from sea in morning, afternoon sunlight from land), wind direction patterns, topography (mostly flat terrain with gentle slope towards the sea side), views (clear sea view towards east, adjacent residential buildings on west and south), utilities (tanker water community, municipal drainage available from nearby residential connections, natural slope access), nearest transport (bus stop, Villupuram toll gate 6-5 km, Chennai International Airport 15 km), climate (hot humid coastal climate, strong sea breeze, high humidity, cooling sea breeze), noise (mild traffic noise from road), orientation (north - entry side, east - beach, west - residential, south - residential), and vegetation (sparse coastal vegetation, coconut trees, large open land).
