A shopping center design located in Prishtina, Kosovo, conceived through a form-finding process that begins with basic massing and evolves through subtractive and additive operations to create a dynamic commercial building.

Wonder Mall is a shopping center project located in Prishtina, Kosovo, in Area 3. The design process follows a conceptual methodology starting from a primary form with mass and volume, progressing through additions, subtractions, and modifications to arrive at the final building form. The project includes micro and macro analysis of the site, examining public transportation, bridges, green corridors, and urban context. The building features multiple floors with retail spaces housing international brands. The site plan shows vehicular access points and landscaping around the building. The design incorporates an exploded axonometric view showing the structural layers and a constructive diagram illustrating the building system.

Technické informace

The project is situated on a parcel of approximately 5,778.8 m² with coordinates 42°39'29.2"N 21°08'23.9"E. The building includes at least two floors (Kati 1 and Kati 2) plus a ground floor (Perdhesa). The structural system is shown through constructive diagrams and exploded axonometric drawings. The site includes designated entrance points (Hyrja A) and parking areas.
