A contemporary bus shelter design featuring organic, flowing forms using fiber reinforced plastic and alco panel cladding to create a visually striking and functional public transit structure.

Popis projektu

The bus shelter design employs curvilinear, blob-like forms that create a distinctive and welcoming waiting space for transit users. The structure features large glazed openings with fiber reinforced plastic roofing and alco panel exterior cladding. The plan at 1:100 scale shows an elongated shelter with seating areas, a water feature or pond element, landscaping, and accessible pathways. The section reveals multiple undulating vault-like spaces providing covered waiting areas, while the elevation shows the metallic alco panel finish creating a smooth, futuristic appearance.

Technické informace

Materials include fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) for the roof structure and alco panel cladding for the exterior surfaces. Plan scale is 1:100. The shelter incorporates benches, lighting fixtures, and landscaping elements including trees and green areas.
