Replacement of the existing Building H with a new structure conceived as a pure atelier building, primarily providing space for teaching, work on models, and other studio equipment.
The design replaces the existing Building H of the Faculty of Civil Engineering with a new building conceived as a pure atelier building. The main function is to provide space for teaching, especially for work on models and other studio equipment. The building is intended for students from the second year of bachelor's studies to the first year of the subsequent master's studies, totaling four floors. The layout consists of lecture rooms, atelier spaces, sanitary facilities, and smaller ancillary rooms. Each atelier is designed for a specific group of students who will use it for the entire semester as their own workspace. Similar to how it works at the Faculty of Architecture, students will have access not only to work surfaces but also other spaces, such as their own locker room. During off-hours, the ateliers remain accessible to students as a place for independent study.
