SPEKTRUM: INFO TUNEL

Idea projektu

A tunnel-shaped pavilion responding to the specific environment of the Dejvice campus, a place with a high concentration of students, academics, and the public. The form of the tunnel transforms a pedestrian barrier into an open passageway that draws people in.

Popis projektu

The designed object reacts to the specific environment of the Dejvice campus in Prague. It uses the principle of transition: transforming ordinary linear movement through the campus into an entertaining and informative experience. The interior functions as a living gallery and information hub. The interior walls feature exhibition boards and panels where student work, university news, and other information can be displayed. The structure is based on the contrast of a rigid frame and a playful lining, symbolizing the connection between knowledge and creative student life. The object becomes a living element connecting individual faculties and enriching everyday life in the university area.

Technické informace

Materials include steel grid (ocelová mřížka), concrete (beton), and painted surfaces (nátěr). Floor plan at 1:100 scale shows dimensions with ±0.000 level. Section at 1:100 shows height of +3.000. Site plan at 1:2000 and 1:500 scales. The pavilion includes outdoor study areas, info tunnel, rest bays, and a café.
