An educational center inspired by the Red Tower of Death, transforming a site of historical significance into a place of learning and remembrance.
The project is an educational center (Edukační centrum) designed around the concept of the 'Red Tower of Death.' The design features a complex of low-rise buildings with red-toned cladding and a prominent tower element, organized around a central courtyard space. The architectural language references industrial and memorial architecture, using red brick and metal materials. The buildings include exhibition spaces, educational rooms, and gathering areas spread across ground floor and upper floor levels. The layout creates a sequence of spaces that guide visitors through the educational narrative of the site.
The project includes ground floor (1.NP) and upper floor (1.PP) plans, two cross-sections (Řez A-A and Řez B-B), an axonometric exploded view showing the structural and spatial layering, and four elevations (north, south, west, east). The structural system appears to combine load-bearing walls with steel framing elements, visible in the axonometric diagram showing layered roof and wall assemblies.
