Idea projektu

A café and co-working space located at Na Dolíku in Stará Boleslav, designed within the framework of the original building structure. The project integrates café, gallery, and co-working functions into a cohesive architectural intervention that respects the existing context while introducing contemporary elements.

Popis projektu

The project is situated at Na Dolíku in Stará Boleslav, transforming the site into a multifunctional space combining a café, gallery, and co-working area. The design works with the existing building character, incorporating distinctive pitched roof forms with large glazed openings that create a connection between interior and exterior spaces. The ground floor features the café with outdoor seating areas surrounded by landscaping and water features, while the upper level accommodates co-working spaces. The architectural language combines dark cladding materials with exposed structural elements and extensive glazing.

Technické informace

The building is organized over two floors (1.NP and 2.NP). The construction and material scheme shows a combination of steel/timber structural framework with dark exterior cladding and glass facades. The longitudinal and cross sections reveal the double-height spaces within the pitched roof volumes. The western and southern elevations show the rhythmic pattern of the dark-clad facades with integrated window openings.
