An architectural project that connects nature and the illusion of flight. A massive reinforced concrete structure with a distinctive cantilever creates a lookout point offering a magnificent panorama of Černošice.
Prefarama is an architectural project connecting nature and the illusion of flight. The structure is made of massive reinforced concrete with a distinctive cantilever, creating a lookout point that offers a magnificent panorama of Černošice. In the conceptual phase, the goal was to express an engineering approach to architecture, where the consolidated object takes the form of a reinforced concrete construction, simultaneously highlighting its simplicity and modernity. The result is a light and elegant lookout tower, completely made of monolithic reinforced concrete, complemented by a subtle glass railing.
The project includes sections (Řez 01 and Řez 02) showing key dimensions including heights of +10.240m, +7.240m, +6.240m, and -6.000m. The structure spans 12000mm and 9000mm in plan, with a total length of 17040mm. The roof is a reinforced concrete parabolic shell. The base consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete block anchored to the ground. Glass railings are integrated into the design.
