The idea of this project is to attain a unique and nature interactive user experience in a private beach house which is tailored to the client's elements and preferences while still planning spaces which are functional, aesthetically pleasing and environmental friendly

Popis projektu

This project consists of nature oriented green spaces integrated into the main house space to give an indoor and outdoor connection without seperating them, and it is achieved by using courtyards and small green pockets as a transition area in between spaces which also seamlessly connects the spaces. And the building is planned according to the wind direction and light orientation to allow plenty of natural light without the heat which inturn gives a unique user experience

Technické informace

The construction of the building is made of exposed concrete walls and limewash to maintain the cool temperature with kota tiles for flooring which provides a chill surface and stone cladding and wooden battens on wall for aesthetic purposes.
