A design concept inspired by Harry Potter, merging fantasy and vintage architecture from the 19th and 20th centuries, using neo-Gothic themes drawn from palaces, antiquity, books and movies, enhanced with modern layout.
The project draws on neo-Gothic and Victorian architectural language, featuring mixed roofs, arches, and arched doors and windows as accents. The design prioritizes functional and flexible spaces while maintaining a contemporary aesthetic. The form is developed through box-like objects, stacking variations, and functional zoning. Textures are derived from books and timeless ornate graphics, enhanced with scratches, overlays, and handwritten elements for depth and warmth. Antique-style windows are used to open more light into the spaces.
Form development uses box objects, stacking in second version, and functional zoning with differentiating elements. Arched doors and windows serve as architectural accents. Antique style windows designed to maximize natural light entry.
