Design project for a restaurant territory. 1. Design Idea and Philosophy
The architectural and landscape solution is fundamentally based on creating a space that transmits the cultural code of Spain through contemporary design forms. The core idea focuses on the seamless merger of the anthropogenic (man-made) and natural environments, where architecture becomes an extension of the terrain, and vegetation serves as a structural element of spatial zoning.

2. Contextual Analysis
The project is developed in accordance with modern requirements for the urban environment and the HoReCa industry. The context involves forming not merely a transit zone or an outdoor seating area, but a fully-fledged recreational hub that minimizes urban visual noise and adapts the visitor to the indoor atmosphere of the venue.

3. Objectives to be Achieved:
Aesthetic Objective: To form a recognizable, artistically expressive image of the territory, based on authentic materials (stone, thermal wood, terracotta) and the principles of biophilic design.

Functional Objective: To create an ergonomic space with clear logistics for staff and intuitively understandable zoning for visitors.

Social Objective: To ensure absolute inclusivity (barrier-free accessibility) and psychological comfort for every segment of the population.

Popis projektu

The landscape design and site planning project was developed specifically for a Spanish cuisine restaurant, reflecting the overall atmosphere and aesthetics of the space. Natural materials dominate the design, emphasizing authenticity and creating a sense of coziness and warmth. The core concept of the project centers on the harmonious integration of architecture and nature: the building does not overpower the landscape but blends seamlessly into the surrounding environment, creating a unified, continuous space for relaxation.

Technické informace

Object Information: load-bearing walls – concrete and brick, floor slab system – panels, year of construction – after 2000, object with a mezzanine, ceiling height – 7250 mm, ceiling height on the 1st and 2nd floors – 3500 mm, total area – 688.56 m², first floor area – 466.67 m², second floor area – 221.89 m², there are 16 columns on the object. On the first floor, there are 28 double-glazed windows (all windows have a height of 3200 mm (100 mm from the floor), 18 of which are 980 mm wide, 2 – 1425 mm, 2 – 1420 mm, 4 – 1725 mm, and 2 – 5665 mm) and 2 sliding doors with a height of 3300 mm and a width of 1980 mm. On the second floor, there are 26 double-glazed windows (all windows have a height of 3200 mm (100 mm from the floor), 18 of which are 980 mm wide, 2 – 1425 mm, 2 – 1420 mm, 1 – 5430 mm, and 3 – 5665 mm). Stairs on a metal frame are also installed at the object. The total area of the surrounding territory is 2 hectares.
