Idea projektu

The architectural and landscape solution is based on a created space that exists on the borderline between the city and nature. The core idea focuses on the organic integration of the natural environment and modern architecture, where vegetation is not a decoration but a fully-fledged structural element of the space, and materials emphasize the connection with the earth and the living surroundings.

Popis projektu

The project of landscape organization of the territory is developed taking into account modern requirements for the recreational environment. The design reflects the general concept of the space — open, living, authentic. Natural textures dominate the material solution: stone, wood, gravel, which emphasize the environment and create comfort and warmth. The main concept of the project is focused on harmoniously combined architecture and nature: the building does not dominate the landscape, but smoothly fits into the surroundings, creating a single, continuous space for relaxation and vivid experiences.

The venue accommodates various usage scenarios — from quiet relaxation during the day to lively events and a vibrant evening atmosphere. Lighting is treated as a distinct tool for mood-shaping: soft spotlighting among the plants, accent sources along the pathways, and warm illumination of the lounge area transform the territory after dark into a completely different, yet no less expressive space. Thanks to this, the bar is equally comfortable both day and night. Special attention is paid to inclusivity: the environment is designed to be accessible and convenient for every visitor, regardless of age or physical abilities. The vegetation is selected to look natural and effortless — without strict geometry or artificial order. It serves not only an aesthetic but also a functional role: zoning the space, creating shade, softening sound, and separating the area from the urban environment. The space changes its appearance throughout the year — and remains expressive and interesting in any season.

Technické informace

Information about the bar building:
The property was built after 2000. Load-bearing walls are made of concrete and brick. The total area is 688.56 m², with the first floor covering 466.67 m² and the second floor covering 221.89 m². The ceiling height is 3500 mm on both floors. The property features 16 columns, a steel-framed staircase, an abundance of natural light, and moderate humidity.

Terms of Reference for the Territory:
The project provides a comprehensive landscape organization of the outdoor territory, taking into account functional zoning, environmental aesthetics, and safety and accessibility requirements.
The territory must include: an entrance group with a utility yard and a temporary drop-off zone, a parking area with landscaping, an outdoor bar, recreation zones with gazebos, a fire pit area, a performance stage, a pedestrian bridge, a bridge-restaurant, an event pavilion, and an open-air cinema on the water. The paving for pathways and grounds consists of natural materials: gravel, stone, and thermally modified wood. The landscaping is free-form, without strict geometry, utilizing perennial plants that display decorative appeal throughout different seasons. The vegetation serves the functions of zoning, shading, and noise insulation. The illumination of the territory is spotlighted and accented, featuring a warm light temperature. It must ensure the comfortable use of the space during evening and nighttime hours.
All zones must be designed with barrier-free access in mind—including ground surface levels, the elimination of thresholds, and sufficient pathway widths for people with reduced mobility. The total area of the surrounding territory is 2 hectares.
