The design concept is based on the harmonious combination of classic Art Deco characteristics with contemporary interior solutions. Geometric shapes, balanced compositions, and refined decorative details are integrated to create an atmosphere of exclusivity while maintaining functionality and comfort. The selected materials and finishes contribute to a sense of quality and durability, reflecting the identity of a modern hospitality space.
The The Savoy Hotel interior design project is inspired by the Art Deco style, combining elegance, luxury, and functionality. The main concept is to create a welcoming and sophisticated environment that offers guests both comfort and a memorable experience.
The space is organized into clearly defined areas, including the entrance and reception, elevator zone, restrooms for women, men, and people with disabilities, the connecting corridor, the central staircase, the bar area, and a waiting and relaxation lounge. This zoning ensures smooth circulation and efficient use of the space.
The design features geometric forms, refined decorative elements, and a harmonious color palette that reflects the elegance of the Art Deco style. The project also includes technical plans for furniture layout, ceiling design, lighting, electrical systems, underfloor heating, and finishing materials, creating a balanced combination of aesthetics and functionality.
The project was developed as an interior design proposal for The Savoy Hotel, based on the Art Deco style and modern functional requirements.
The technical documentation includes:
General design information and architectural plans;
Furniture layout plan;
Ceiling plan;
Lighting layout with the placement of light fixtures;
Electrical plan showing the location of power outlets and switches;
Underfloor heating plan;
Wall elevations with the proposed finishing materials and decorative elements.
The interior is functionally zoned into the entrance and reception area, elevator zone, restrooms for women, men, and people with disabilities, the connecting corridor, the central staircase, the bar area, and the waiting/relaxation lounge. The design aims to ensure efficient circulation, user comfort, accessibility, and a harmonious balance between aesthetics and functionality.
