Idea projektu

A university training center located in the forests near the village of Šmílovice, isolated from noise and situated in a hilly natural landscape. The building connects two wing-like volumes with surrounding buildings and a pedestrian bridge, creating a covered passage with pleasant views.

Popis projektu

The university center is located in forests near the village of Šmílovice. The site is isolated from noise and set within a hilly natural environment. Access to the site is via a road that passes through the entrance area with parking. The building forms an L-shape, connecting surrounding buildings via a pedestrian bridge that spans the entire complex, providing a covered walkway with pleasant views. The building is divided into two floors: the 1st floor contains accommodation with changing rooms, kitchen, and housing units (rooms for 2 persons), while the 2nd floor contains workspaces and a conference room. The structure features an extensive green roof, steel column supports (300x300), and a pedestrian bridge attached in a truss-style manner.

Structure uses steel columns 300x300, extensive green roof, truss-style pedestrian bridge connection, floor slab construction. 1.NP contains changing rooms, kitchen, accommodation units. 2.NP contains workspace and conference room.
