The idea of this project is to reimagine Arsenal de Tucumán as a memorial park where history, nature, and community are woven together. It aims to preserve historical structures, create reflective public spaces, and integrate ecological systems so that remembrance becomes an active force for awareness and resilience.

ReTejer la Memoria reimagines Arsenal de Tucumán as a living landscape where fragmented memories are woven back together through heritage, nature, culture, and community. By reconnecting traces of the past with spaces for learning and public life, the project transforms remembrance into an active force that shapes a more conscious and resilient future.

Technické informace

The construction of the project combines preserved historical structures with new adaptive facilities. Materials include exposed concrete, stone walls, wood veneer, and dark grey textured finishes. A water retention basin functions both as ecological infrastructure and symbolic landscape. Circulation integrates old routes with new pathways, ensuring accessibility and continuity.
