The hotel project in Tomsk is a modern multifunctional public building with 300 rooms, located near the Tom River. It harmoniously blends into its surroundings thanks to its striking architectural design.
The architectural composition of the hotel features extensive stained glass surfaces that create a modern three-dimensional image of the building and provide optimal natural lighting for the interiors. The red accent elements on the facade add to the building's visual appeal. One of the key features is the large cantilevered structure that protrudes from the building's facade. Inside this structure, there is a restaurant with a panoramic view of the river, creating a unique atmosphere for guests.
The hotel building is designed as a modern multi-storey structure with a monolithic reinforced concrete frame: columns, floors, and cores of rigidity form the load-bearing structure. The exterior walls have a white-colored insulated plaster facade. The main facade is complemented by vertical stained glass windows made of aluminum profiles and double-glazed windows. The red accent elements, canopies, and diagonal supports of the entrance area are made of painted metal. The basement and first floors have stained glass windows, and the roof is flat with roll-out waterproofing and internal drainage.
