Kinetic Flow Garage is conceived as a vertical mechanical parking structure transformed into an active urban element. The project is inspired by the principles of movement, continuous circulation, and dynamic architectural form, creating an efficient and recognizable parking system within the city.

The architectural expression reflects motion through rhythmic volumetric layers and vertical structural elements that filter light and create changing visual identities throughout the day.

The project explores the relationship between technology, mobility, and contemporary architecture while integrating infrastructure into the urban experience.

Located within an urban context, the project proposes a multifunctional mechanical parking garage designed to optimize circulation, spatial efficiency, and visual impact.

The design is organized around a circular vertical parking system that allows efficient vehicle movement while generating a strong architectural identity. The fluid exterior form emphasizes movement and creates a kinetic visual effect inspired by the constant flow of traffic and urban dynamics.

In addition to its infrastructural role, the project interacts with public space and landscape elements, contributing to the surrounding urban environment through integrated pedestrian areas and open circulation zones.

Technické informace

The project is based on a reinforced concrete structural system combined with vertical façade elements that create shading, visual rhythm, and environmental control.

The parking organization follows a circular mechanical circulation principle with centralized vertical movement and optimized parking capacity. The exploded axonometric representation illustrates the relationship between structural layers, parking platforms, circulation systems, and façade components.

Environmental considerations such as daylight control, airflow, accessibility, and integration with surrounding traffic infrastructure were incorporated into the design process.
