"A timeless shelter, where the weary heart finally finds its harbor"
a fully integrated retirement community that harmoniously combines residential units, social spaces, health services, and recreational facilities within a single cohesive architectural composition, giving elderly residents a dignified, comfortable, and stimulating environment.

Popis projektu

The project is a multi-functional senior living campus organised around a central courtyard spine. It connects living, services, and leisure through bridges, courtyards, and cantilevered structures.
Key functional zones include:

Residential units , Health & medical care , Administration Social , recreation Gym , swimming pool , Cafeteria , café , prayer hall , Showroom , multipurpose hall Sauna & massage Terraces & courtyards
Users include elderly residents, their families, medical staff, security personnel, admin staff, and facility management , each with distinct movement paths designed into the layout.

Technické informace

Two systems:
• Space truss: covers the swimming pool and gym (lightweight, column-free).
• Flat slab: reinforced concrete, column-free floor plates for residential and service blocks.
