The project is inspired by the Helix as a form generator, where the building mass evolves in a spiraling, ascending manner reflecting vitality and continuity. The aim is to create an administrative building that balances functional efficiency and contemporary aesthetics while integrating green spaces into the architectural fabric.
A multi-story administrative building comprising on the ground floor: reception foyers, multi-purpose units (MPU), a restaurant, cafés, a prayer room, a showroom, and service areas. Upper floors are dedicated to administrative offices, with a basement containing services and kitchen facilities. The project features a green roof system distributed across stepped terraces on each floor.
