The project features a refined and thoughtfully situated pavilion that responds very well to student traffic on campus and creates a new hub for gathering and sharing. I particularly appreciate the high-quality urban planning, the respect for existing greenery, and the effort to create an open and welcoming environment for the daily life of the university community. The architectural design appears elegant and balanced. The building’s organic form, the transparency of the facade, and its connection to the surrounding landscape create a pleasant atmosphere and foster social interaction among users. However, in relation to the theme of the AI Pavilion, I would have welcomed a more pronounced elaboration of the concept of artificial intelligence. The design functions very convincingly as a community and social pavilion; however, the role of AI in the architectural concept, operation, or user experience is not entirely clear. Further developing this idea could give the project a stronger identity and even better integrate high-quality architecture with the vision of the future that the competition brief opens up.
