This is a remote online internship opportunity. No visa application is required. There will be at least two rounds of interviews: the first round will be conducted by IAESTE China, and the second round will be conducted by the employer. The candidate can only start the internship after successfully passing both rounds of interviews.

FESCO Adecco is looking for a versatile and proactive Global Recruiter to join our remote talent acquisition team. This is a remote internship position. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse mid-to-senior level positions across multiple industries – from technology and finance to healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services. You will be a key partner to hiring managers and clients worldwide, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while delivering high-quality talent.This is an excellent opportunity for recruiters who enjoy diversity and want to expand their knowledge—no two searches are the same, and you will constantly learn about new industries, business models, and leadership positions.Key Responsibilities:Full-Cycle Recruitment - Manage the entire recruitment process for multiple open roles concurrently (mid to senior/executive level). - Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and company culture. Sourcing & Market Research - Proactively source candidates using a mix of channels: LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry communities, referrals, and direct headhunting. - Build and maintain a pipeline of passive candidates across different functions and geographies. Candidate Assessment & Interviewing - Conduct in-depth screening interviews (competency-based, motivational, and cultural fit). - Interview junior & senior-level candidates (have chance to support Directors, VPs, C-suite) and assess their leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and industry expertise. Recommendation Reports - Write detailed, insightful candidate recommendation reports, highlighting relevant experience, strengths, potential red flags, and alignment with client needs. - Present shortlists to stakeholders with clear rationales and market insights. Process & Administration - Maintain accurate, real-time records in the internal data tracker. - Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates and clients throughout the process. Qualifications & Requirements Essential - 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency, RPO, or in-house with global scope). - Proven ability to handle mid-to-senior level roles across different industries. - Fluent in English (written & spoken) – must be able to write professional recommendation reports and conduct interviews in English. - Working-level Chinese (Mandarin, written & spoken) – able to communicate with Chinese-speaking candidates/teams and understand resumes in Chinese. - Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search. - Excellent report-writing skills: clear, structured, and insight-driven. - Comfortable working remotely with self-discipline and asynchronous communication.
