MEHAD is a modular senior living community designed to create a comfortable, human-scale environment that promotes dignity, social connection, and well-being. Inspired by pixelation and modular growth, the project breaks the traditional institutional mass into interconnected residential clusters linked by a central social spine.
MEHAD redefines elderly care through a contemporary architectural approach focused on comfort, accessibility, and community living. The project integrates landscaped courtyards, shared spaces, natural daylight, and barrier-free circulation to encourage movement, interaction, and independence. A clear privacy gradient balances active social zones with quieter private living areas, creating a calm and therapeutic living experience.
