Project idea

A large-scale site masterplan covering approximately 119.7 hectares (295.8 acres) with mixed-use development including buildings, landscape, road infrastructure, and open spaces.

Project description

The project presents a site plan at 1:2000 scale showing a development on a roughly triangular parcel of land. The layout includes clusters of buildings, parking areas, circulation roads with a roundabout, landscaped areas with tree plantations indicated by repeating symbols, and various built structures distributed across the site. The plan shows topographic contours and dimensional annotations.

Total site area: 119.7 hectares / 295.8 acres / 1,196,768.7 sq.m. Scale: 1:2000. All dimensions are in meters. The plan includes road networks, building footprints, parking lots, and vegetation patterns.
