Project idea

A large-scale memorial and cultural complex featuring administration, commercial services, exhibition pavilions, conference rooms, art gallery, memorial plaza, amphitheater, concert hall, and audiovisual showroom.

Project description

The site plan shows a 119.7 hectare (295.8 acre) development at 1:2000 scale. The complex includes a memorial plaza (2500 SQM), memorial art gallery (1500 SQM), concert hall (4000 SQM), historical exhibition pavilion (1500 SQM), conference room complex (2500 SQM), amphitheater (1000 SQM), administration (1000 SQM), commercial services (1200 SQM), audiovisual showroom (500 SQM), shade house (400 SQM), and parking (3300 SQM). The layout features organic curvilinear pathways connecting various buildings, with a large circular green area in the northern portion of the site and rectangular building clusters in the southern area.

Total site area: 1,196,768.7 sq.m. Scale 1:2000. All dimensions in meters. Site dimensions include lengths of approximately 630.92m, 654.47m, 1242.02m, 663.18m, and 37.47m along various boundaries. The program totals approximately 20,400 SQM of built area across multiple functions.
