Project description

The weekend cottage is designed for a 56-year-old dancer, actor, and choreographer named Shobana, whose personality is described as disciplined and graceful. The design concept emphasizes clean geometry, minimal ornamentation, and a seamless indoor-outdoor relationship. The ground floor includes a living room, dining area, kitchen, foyer, porch, and courtyard. The first floor features a master bedroom, guest bedroom, courtyard, and home theatre. Materials used include wood, exposed concrete, and terracotta, with a warm earthy colour scheme.
