Project description

The project presents a weekend cottage designed in a tropical setting with palm trees and lush landscaping. The design includes a two-story residence with ground floor and first floor plans, featuring living spaces, bedrooms, and amenities. The site plan shows the cottage positioned on a plot with a swimming pool, pergola structures, curved driveway, and extensive green areas. The architectural language combines modern and tropical elements with pitched roofs, wooden accents, and white rendered walls. The design incorporates climate-responsive features and careful material selection as indicated in the material palette and site analysis.

Technical information

The project includes ground floor plan, first floor plan, site plan, sections (AA and BB), north and east elevations, and 3D perspective views. Scale used is 1:100. The site dimensions are approximately 55m x 33m. The design features pitched roof forms, a swimming pool, pergola structures, and landscaped areas with tropical vegetation. Material palette includes concrete, glass, wood, and stone elements.
