An organically shaped bus stop shelter with undulating arched forms creating a continuous canopy structure along an urban street.
The project is a bus stop shelter approximately 40 meters long, 8 meters deep, and 5 meters tall. The structure features a series of organic, wave-like arches in an earth-toned material, topped with a flowing white canopy roof. The arched openings create sheltered bays for waiting passengers while maintaining visual permeability and airflow. The design integrates seating areas, an information board, and connects to the adjacent sidewalk and park landscape.
The structure spans 40 m in length, 8 m in depth, and reaches 5 m in height. The load-bearing structure consists of continuous arched forms that appear to be constructed from rammed earth or earth-toned concrete. The roof is a white membrane or shell that follows an undulating wave profile, providing weather protection while allowing natural light.
