Project description

The site plan shows a weekend cottage with a prominent circular central structure with radiating segments, positioned on a rectangular site adjacent to a beach. The design incorporates a 6M wide road for access, landscaped areas, and what appears to be a parking or entry zone. The site dimensions include 33M and 35M measurements with orientation indicated by a compass rose. The circular form creates distinct functional zones radiating from a central courtyard or atrium.
