Project idea

The idea of the project is to create a hospitality-based elderly living community that provides a safe, comfortable, and socially engaging environment for senior citizens. The project addresses the growing need for specialized spaces that support healthy aging while preserving dignity, independence, and quality of life. The design integrates healthcare services, recreational facilities, landscaped courtyards, and communal gathering spaces to encourage social interaction and emotional well-being. Inspired by the concept of active aging, the project aims to transform elderly care from a traditional institutional model into a vibrant living experience that promotes wellness, comfort, and human connection.

Project description

The project consists of a senior guest house and elderly care facility designed to accommodate residents in a supportive and welcoming environment. The development includes residential units, healthcare and nursing services, dining facilities, recreational and activity spaces, administration offices, landscaped courtyards, outdoor seating areas, swimming and rehabilitation facilities, and community gathering spaces. The architectural layout is organized around central open spaces that maximize natural lighting, ventilation, accessibility, and interaction between residents while ensuring privacy and safety.

Technical information

The project is designed as a multi-functional elderly care complex consisting of residential, healthcare, recreational, and administrative components. The building follows universal accessibility standards with barrier-free circulation, ramps, elevators, handrails, and elderly-friendly spatial design. Natural lighting, cross ventilation, and sustainable landscape strategies are incorporated to enhance environmental comfort and reduce energy consumption. The structural system is based on reinforced concrete construction with modern facade treatments that provide shading, thermal comfort, and visual identity.
