Project idea

A pavilion situated at the heart of the Dejvice campus on an open site in front of the Faculty building. The pavilion does not create a barrier but naturally connects to the existing pedestrian route that passes through as its center. Horizont represents conscious slowing down and awareness in everyday rush, offering a carefree shelter that brings new light, openness and dynamism to the university campus.

Project description

The object is situated at the center of the Dejvice campus on an exposed site in front of the Faculty building. The pavilion does not create a barrier but rather naturally connects to the existing pedestrian path that passes through its center. The concept and visualization of the building were developed using artificial intelligence as a response to the investor's brief. The pavilion offers flexible, year-round usable space combining zones for rest and gathering with areas for outdoor teaching, workshops and sports. Thanks to mobile elements and variable arrangement, it instantly adapts to both community events and informal everyday use.
