Project idea

The idea of this project was to make changes in the urban area surrounding the manor to make it more central and accessible for the people, as well as to create more quality green spaces for pedestrians and prioritize pedestrian comfort.

Project description

The project includes the reconstruction of Pavlov Manor as well as the urban design of the surrounding green area, with the goal of strengthening pedestrian pathways, improving connections between existing green spaces, and prioritizing the comfort and safety of visitors moving through the site.

Technical information

For the reconstruction of the building, original techniques and materials will be respected: load-bearing brick walls, a timber roof with metal sheets, original ornamentation, and the original color of the wall coatings will all be restored or replicated.
