A weekend cottage concept envisioned as a pavilion-like structure, a freestanding built form immersed in nature.

Project description

The residence is envisioned as a pavilion-like structure forming a freestanding built form immersed in nature. The design features a stand-alone structure surrounded by greenery with natural ventilation. The spatial organization includes entry, lounge, kitchen, private rooms, dining, master bedroom, kids bedroom, guest bedroom, living room, workspace, and balcony. The zoning arranges rectangular spaces in a visually strong composition with semi-private and private zones connected to outdoor paving space. Materials include glass used around the house, wood used in decks, and stone for pavements.
