The project is a mixed-use development located in New Alamein City, Egypt, featuring a luxury resort tower rising 20 stories alongside a 3-story commercial podium. The design takes advantage of sea views and addresses the shoreline setback requirements, with a buildable area of approximately 26,900 square meters. The building is oriented to capture positive sea views while responding to predominant north-west winds.
