Residential complex «Lilies»

Project idea

The residential complex called "Lilies" is designed as a multi-storey residential complex with integrated interior spaces, underground parking and commercial premises on the ground floor.

Project description

The residential complex is a 6-storey building made of red brick, with the 2nd floor to the 5th floor, and the commercial floor is made of black brick and has large windows. The attic floor is made of black roofing sheeting, which complements the combination of red and black brick. The project includes a typical layout with residential apartments, a residential attic floor, a commercial floor at ground level, and an underground parking lot. The residential complex is located in the city of Yaroslavl, along Sverdlova and Pobedy streets. The courtyard includes landscaped areas with lawns, paving stones, trees, shrubs, and playgrounds with rubber and asphalt surfaces. The master plan shows the integration of the building into the surrounding urban context, with pedestrian paths and green spaces.

The project includes drawings at various scales: a situation plan, a master plan at a scale of 1:500, a typical floor plan at a scale of 1:300, an attic plan at a scale of 1:200, a commercial space plan at a scale of 1:200, an underground parking lot plan at a scale of 1:200, sections 1-1 at a scale of 1:300 and 2-2 at a scale of 1:200, facades along Sverdlova Street at a scale of 1:300 and along Pobedy Street at a scale of 1:300, as well as a facade from the courtyard at a scale of 1:200. The section at a scale of 1:300 shows the layouts and configurations of the apartments.
