A multifunctional spa building in Poděbrady that combines wellness, accommodation, and public functions in a compact urban form with a distinctive curved corner element.
The project proposes a multifunctional spa complex in the town of Poděbrady. The building features a strong urban presence with a rounded corner volume that anchors the composition. The design incorporates multiple floors with horizontal ribbon windows and balconies, creating a layered facade. The floor plans show a central circular element, likely a rotunda or atrium space, which organizes the internal circulation. The building includes typical floor layouts with repeated room modules suggesting hotel or spa accommodation units, along with larger public spaces on the ground floor.
The project is presented with axonometric views, floor plans at 1:250 scale (1NP, 2NP, 3NP, typical floor), four elevations (northeast, northwest, southwest, southeast) at 1:250, two sections (transverse and longitudinal) at 1:250, and site plans at 1:500 and 1:5000 scales. The spatial solution is illustrated through exploded axonometric diagrams showing the building's volumetric composition and massing strategy.
