The main goal was to create a multifunctional and attractive building that would serve as a natural connection point and a landmark, usable for children, adults, and the elderly alike. The shape of the building and its facade concept represents a body that seemingly embraces surrounding buildings and creates both a natural and relaxation space in the Poděbrady area.
The building forms a hotel with 3-5 floors, restaurant and relaxation areas with a separate entrance on the ground floor. The facade features a lounge with green walls. The SPA area is accessible from the ground floor of the hotel building. The transition from the hotel to the spa is on floor 4. The SPA includes various medical facilities, amusement and relaxation rooms. The lower level is dedicated to sauna, hammam, relaxation pool and hydrotherapy. The ground floor also contains two gastronomic facilities. On the ground floor there are also sports courts and a summer terrace with a café. The project includes underground parking garages.
The multifunctional wellness hotel and spa complex is situated in the Poděbrady resort, which is the spa center of the Central Bohemia region. The locality has good quality transport connections to the electronic infrastructure and public transport. The building utilizes attractive natural potential of the location and supports proposals for connecting the wellness hotel with the spa character of the city. Documentation includes floor plans (1NP, 2NP, 3-5NP, underground garages), elevations (south, east), sections (A-C, 1-B), and site plan with broader context relationships.
