Revitalization of a Salesian center, transforming and adapting an existing complex to serve community, educational, and spiritual functions with a new architectural intervention.
The project addresses the revitalization of a Salesian center, proposing a comprehensive redesign that includes a sports hall, community spaces, and reorganized floor plans across multiple levels. The design integrates new volumes with the existing building fabric, featuring a prominent glazed facade element shown in the physical model. The scheme includes landscaped exterior spaces with pathways and green areas surrounding the complex.
The project is presented through a physical model, site plan, multiple floor plans at various levels, and building sections. The floor plans show a sports hall, multifunctional rooms, and various service spaces. Two cross-sections illustrate the vertical organization of the building including below-grade spaces. Facade elevations at the bottom show the architectural treatment of the exterior.
