A mixed-use waterfront building complex designed around a pentagonal urban concept, integrating residential, commercial, and public functions along a riverside setting.
The project proposes a multifunctional building situated on a waterfront site, featuring a distinctive red steel structural framework that creates open, flexible spaces at the lower levels while supporting a white-clad residential volume above. The design establishes a strong relationship with the adjacent water body and surrounding urban context. The ground floors incorporate publicly accessible commercial and community spaces, while upper floors contain residential units. The building's massing creates varied outdoor spaces including courtyards and terraces facing the river. Underground parking is provided beneath the structure. The architectural expression combines an exposed red steel grid at the podium level with a more enclosed white facade treatment for the upper residential floors, creating a visual dialogue between openness and privacy.
The structural scheme employs a steel frame construction system visible in the lower floors with a concrete construction for upper levels. The building includes underground parking (1PP). Floor plans show 1NP (ground floor) and 2NP (second floor) layouts with various unit configurations. Cross-sections (řez příčný) and elevations from north (severní), east (východní), and south (jižní) directions are provided. The site plan is at 1:500 scale and the Schwarzplan at 1:15000 scale. The construction schema shows the relationship between the structural grid and the building envelope.
