A spa multifunctional building situated at the crossroads of the historical town center of Poděbrady, incorporating a hotel, restaurant, fitness, wellness and sauna facilities within a coherent urban block.
The concept is based on placing the building at the edge of an urban block, respecting the surrounding character of the town. The ground floors contain publicly accessible functions including a restaurant and spa entrance. Upper floors (4th-5th) house hotel rooms. The design solution emphasizes the relationship between the building and the historical context of Poděbrady, including proximity to the castle and the spa colonnade. The material palette consists of white plaster, dark stone cladding, metal frames, metal sheet, and glass, creating a contemporary yet contextually sensitive appearance.
The building comprises 5 above-ground floors with underground parking garage. Floor plans show: 1st floor with restaurant and public spaces, 2nd floor with fitness and wellness/sauna facilities, 3rd floor transitional, and 4th-5th floors with hotel rooms (approximately 200 m² per floor). The documentation includes longitudinal section, staircase section, four elevations (northeast, southeast, southwest, northwest), site plan at 1:500, and broader urban context plan.
