An activity center with accommodation located near the Sáva River, combining public functions with lodging in a modern architectural form featuring timber cladding and generous glazing.
The project is a multi-story building that combines activity spaces with accommodation facilities near the Sáva River. The design features a contemporary architectural language with a combination of white rendered facades and vertical timber cladding elements. The building is organized over three floors, with the ground floor (1.NP) containing public and communal spaces, while the upper floors (2.NP and 3.NP) house accommodation units arranged along corridors. Large glazed areas on the main facade allow natural light penetration into the interior spaces. The massing creates an L-shaped or stepped volumetric composition with varying heights.
The structural system is detailed through 3D construction schematics showing the building's framework. The project includes detailed cross-sections (Řez A-A', Řez B-B') at 1:300 scale, floor plans at 1:300 scale, and construction details at 1:50 scale including wall-to-roof junction (detail atiky), base detail (detail soklu), and a comprehensive section (komplexní řez) at 1:20 scale. Energy analysis includes thermal balance calculations, heat loss assessment, indoor temperature simulations, cooling demand analysis, life cycle analysis, daylight autonomy studies, and overheating evaluation. The HVAC distribution scheme shows the mechanical ventilation system layout. Wall assemblies show layered construction with insulation, vapor barriers, and timber/rendered exterior finishes.
