Project idea

The project proposes a new spa hotel building that integrates accommodation, fitness, restaurant, and wellness functions into a multifunctional spa complex in the city of Poděbrady.

Project description

The design concept stems from the idea of creating a contemporary spa building that responds to the urban context and the regenerative character of the spa town. The building is designed as a modern spa hotel with a capacity of 90 beds, 90 seats in the restaurant with a rooftop terrace, 100 parking spaces, 3 spaces for electric vehicles, a sauna world with 3 types of saunas, a relaxation fitness area, and spaces for massage and physical therapy. The building is conceived as a compact structure with a courtyard and adjacent public spaces. The architectural solution aims to create a cultivated expression corresponding to the character of the spa environment.

Technical information

The structure of the spa hotel is based on a reinforced concrete frame system with adjacent public spaces. The building features multiple floor plans showing accommodation units, wellness and fitness areas, and restaurant facilities. The spatial solution includes cross-sections and elevations showing the multi-story building with green rooftop elements. The documentation includes site plans, floor plans at multiple levels, sections, and 3D axonometric views.
