Project description

The project proposes a multi-story sports center with integrated accommodation facilities situated along the Sáva River in Belgrade, Serbia. The building features a distinctive red/orange corten or metal panel facade with varied window openings. The design includes multiple floor levels with sports facilities and residential units. The urban situation places the building within the broader context of the riverside area. The building appears to be organized around a compact rectangular footprint with efficient floor plans accommodating both sports and living functions.

Technical information

The board includes detailed wall section drawings showing the building envelope construction, including foundation details, floor-to-floor connections, and roof assembly. Floor plans are presented at multiple levels showing the internal organization. An urban site plan at 1:1000 scale shows the building's placement. A 3D axonometric cutaway diagram illustrates the spatial organization across floors. The facade system appears to use panel cladding with detailed thermal envelope construction visible in the section detail.
