The residence concept is based on placing the building within the natural surroundings, combining a home for seniors and a home for people with special needs in Prague 5. The design emphasizes maintaining the existing greenery and landscape character of the site while providing quality social care facilities.
The project is a special regime residential home located in Prague 5. It consists of social service facilities including a home for seniors and a home for people with special needs. The building is designed to integrate with the surrounding landscape, preserving existing trees and green areas. The concept responds to the sloping terrain and creates a compact building mass that steps with the topography. The facades feature a combination of white and green tones with wooden elements, creating a calm and pleasant environment for residents. The layout includes residential units, common areas, and supporting infrastructure with good accessibility.
The building features floor plans organized around a central courtyard, with sections visible in the cross-sections showing how the structure adapts to the sloping site. The western elevation and northern elevation show the stepped massing. The site plan demonstrates the building's relationship to surrounding streets and green spaces, with wider context showing the connection to Prague 5's urban fabric.
