A home with a special regime in Prague, designed as a facility providing care services for people with specific needs. The design aims to create a calm, safe environment that supports community life and therapeutic activities.
The building mass emerges from the surrounding urban context, respecting neighboring structures and creating a courtyard garden. The design features a U-shaped building form that opens toward a central garden, which serves as a therapeutic space for residents. The structure is oriented to maximize natural light and provide views to the garden from all residential units. The ground floor contains communal spaces, administration, and services, while upper floors house residential units. The building connects to the surrounding neighborhood through carefully designed public spaces and pedestrian routes. The facade uses a warm-toned material palette with regular window openings creating a residential character.
The documentation includes floor plans at 1:200 scale for 1NP through 4NP, basement plan, cross-section, northern and western elevations, site plan, and axonometric views. The building comprises a basement level and four above-ground floors. The spatial solution shows apartment layouts organized around central corridors with shared common areas. The basement contains technical facilities and storage.
