An outdoor activity center located in the Docklands Holešovice area of Prague, creating a public building that serves as a hub for outdoor sports and recreation along the Vltava riverfront.
The project is situated in the developing Holešovice docklands area along the Vltava River. The building features a distinctive angular, faceted facade with large glazed surfaces that create a dynamic and expressive architectural form. The design integrates outdoor recreation facilities including what appears to be a climbing wall visible in the interior. The building is organized across multiple floors (underground level, ground floor, and three upper floors) with irregular, organic floor plans that respond to the angular exterior geometry. The concept evolves from simple volumetric forms through transformation and fragmentation into the final crystalline shape. The ground level connects to the surrounding urban context with public spaces, pedestrian areas, and landscaping.
The documentation includes floor plans at 1:200 scale (underground, ground floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor), western and eastern elevations at 1:200, section A-A at 1:200, a territorial section at 1:600, and an exploded axonometric drawing showing the building's structural layers. The project includes a profile of communications and area calculations. The building appears to use a concrete structural system with large-span glazed curtain wall sections.
